Nominasi Emmy 2020 Sudah Keluar, Simak yang Mana Jagoanmu

Harianjogja.com, NEW YORK—Daftar nominasi Primetime Emmy Awards ke-72 telah dirilis. Netlix menggungguli HBO dengan memasukkan 160 nominasi besar. HBO yang hanya mendapat 107 nominasi.

Ini adalah kedua kalinya Netflix mengalahkan HBO dalam daftar nominasi. Pada tahun 2018, Netflix mendapat 112 nominasi sedangkan HBO 108, namun berhasil disalip kembali pada 2019 dengan mencetak 137 nominasi khususnya didominasi oleh Game of Thrones.

Nominasi Netflix tersebar di 52 program yang berbeda, di antaranya adalah Ozark yang masuk dalam 18 nominasi, The Crown (13 nominasi), Hollywood (12 nominasi), Stranger Things (delapan nominasi), Unorthodox (delapan nominasi) dan Cheer (enam nominasi).

Sedangkan Watchmen dari HBO masuk dalam 26 nominasi dan menjadi yang paling banyak dari semua program serta Succession 18 nominasi. Pada sisi komedi ada The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel dari Amazon Prime Video yang mengumpulkan 20 nominasi.
